Return Policy
At Gallop 'n Glitz, we understand that sometimes items don’t fit just right and you need to make a return. Before you initiate a return please read below to understand our return policy. Once you are ready, please use our Return Portal HERE.
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you feel you've received a defective or wrong item, please email us within 3 business days of receipt of order. If it is a size issue, we will do our best to exchange for the correct size. Many items are limited availability. If you are unsure of sizing please contact us and we can guide you as to the fit of any particular item.
Please note our rules and procedures for returns:
*Store Credit or Refund:
In our returns portal, you can choose either store credit or a refund. Please return your item within 7 days of receiving it. If you choose credit you can use this credit to exchange for the correct size or shop for something else. If you prefer a refund, just be sure to select that option in the returns portal.
*All returns must be received within 21 days of the date we shipped your order
*All "FINAL SALE" items are not eligible for a return
*All jewelry is not eligible for return
*All returned times must have original tags, un-washed and unworn
*All returns must include return authorization form
*Shipping is non-refundable unless it was an error on our end
*Shoes returned using shipping box is not acceptable
*New shipping fees apply to replacement items unless it was our mistake

*If you received free shipping on your order, shipping charges will be taken out of the total returned amount
If Redo is purchased at checkout return shipping is free. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
What is Redo?
When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.
If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
